Sound Bath By the Bay

Begin with a serene walk to the bay, where the healing frequencies of the Great South Bay waters meet a curated sound bath designed to restore inner stillness.  Under open skies and  facing the bay, let the vibrations of the crystal bowls and tuning instruments recalibrate your nervous system.  This guided meditative journey is an invitation to unwind, reflect, and return renewed.
