Pet Policy at Bellport Inn
At Bellport Inn, we understand that pets are family—and we’re happy to welcome well-behaved dogs in select accommodations. To preserve the peaceful, clean, and relaxing atmosphere our guests love, we’ve established a Limited Pet Policy with a few important guidelines.
Pet-Friendly Rooms
We offer a limited number of Pet-Friendly rooms, which must be reserved in advance. If you're planning to travel with your dog, please contact us before booking to confirm availability. Pet accommodations cannot be guaranteed without prior communication. Reach out at info@bellportinn.com to make arrangements.
Dogs only — we are unable to accommodate cats or other pets.
One dog per reservation, unless approved in advance.
Dogs must weigh under 40 pounds.
A non-refundable Pet Fee of $50 will be applied to your reservation, per accommodation.
Dogs may not be left unattended in rooms at any time.
Dogs must remain on leash while on the property and are not permitted to roam freely.
Guests must pick up after their dogs. Failure to do so will result in a $250 cleaning fee, in addition to the standard pet fee.
Any disturbances, including excessive barking, may result in the non-refundable cancellation of your reservation.
Additional charges may apply for any damage or cleaning beyond what is typical.
Beach + Ferry Reminder
Dogs are welcome in designated rooms and outdoor areas of the Inn, but please note that dogs are not allowed on the Ho Hum Ferry or at Mother’s Beach. Be sure to make alternate plans if you intend to spend time seaside. If you need a local dog-sitter, please reach out.
