The house was built in 1924 by
Dr. W. T. Ralph, a local dentist who passed away in
1974. He and his family owned and lived in the house
until 2004 when purchased by the current owner.
Additions made by Dr. Ralph included a sun room, a
bedroom, and bath on the first floor. The original
property included a white picket fence surrounding the
property and manicured grounds.
We have succeeded in
keeping the original architectural features of the house
to include the hardwood floors, French doors into living
and dining rooms with handmade panes, crown moldings and
wainscoting. A new heating and air conditioning system
have been installed for your total comfort and awnings
have been added to the sun room to cool down those long
summer days. The curved stairwell and hard pine stairs
have been lovingly restored. |

The atmosphere is calming
and tranquil where you can unwind and feel completely
relaxed. |
